Costs

The participation fee amounts 50€ for each participant, but leastwise 300€ per team, if you transfer the fee until March 31th, 2026.

After this date it will be 55€ per participant, leastwise 330€ per team.

Application deadline is April 30th 2026.

Accommodation

You can choose for your stay to camp in your own tent at the green behind the sports hall.

Eligibility requirements

With the registration to the floorballmeeting 2026 you accept the eligibility requirements of the host, UHC Münster e.V.

The host reserves the right to suspend individual players or teams from the tournament.

The participants convenant to take part of the tournament by paying the participation fee until May 31, 2026 as latest. By cancellation prior to March 31, 2026 the full amount will be returned, if you cancel until April 30, 2026 50% will be returned. After April 30, 2026 the participation fee cannot be returned any more.

Pleas note that the the event location will not open before 6 pm. An earlier access will not be possible!

In the sport halls alcohol and smoking are not permitted.

Follow the orders of the tournament officials. Not following their orders can lead to the suspension of single players or the entire team.

A match will be assessed as a defeat(0:5), if a team has less than 4 players (incl. goalie) 5 minutes after the beginning according to the schedule.

Tournament officals reserve the right to make changes, which will be published in each hall.
